- Averaged 23 points, 9.5 rebounds per game and shot 15-of-25 (60 percent) from the floor in a pair of Buckeye wins over UCLA and Youngstown State last week
- Scored a career-high 31 points, connecting on 10-of-14 field goals and 11-of-13 free throws along with seven rebounds in a victory over Youngstown State
- Posted a double-double with 15 points and a career-high 12 rebounds, including eight offensive boards, in a win over UCLA in the CBS Sports Classic in Chicago
- Earns his first career Big Ten Player of the Week honor

- Registered his third consecutive double-double with a career-high 20 points and 11 rebounds in helping the Golden Gophers to a victory over North Carolina A&T
- Connected on 9-of-12 shots from the floor in the game along with blocking two shots
- Leads all Big Ten freshman in rebounding (7.9 per game) and blocked shots (2.0 per game)
- Earns his first Freshman of the Week honor; Second Gopher to be honored this season
