Arthur Harris<\/strong>, Owner of Textures Institute of Cosmetology, has been added to this year\u2019s Circle City Classic\u00ae parade lineup.\u00a0 Textures Institute of Cosmetology recently received accreditation from NACCAS, an autonomous, independent accrediting commission headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.\u00a0 NACCAS is officially recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a national agency for the institutional accreditation of postsecondary schools and departments of cosmetology arts and sciences, including specialized schools.\u00a0 It presently accredits approximately 1,500 institutions that serve over 120,000 students.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
