The festival\u2019s 16th year boasts an eclectic lineup celebrating Black music and culture. The two-day festival will include some of the biggest names in R&amp;B, neo-soul, and reggae. This year\u2019s edition will also have a special soulful Sunday featuring several award-winning Gospel artists.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The festival had a historical return in 2022 after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Performer Rick Ross was honored on stage as Mayor Rodney Harris &amp; Council declared March 13th \u201cRick Ross Day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Previous festivals have drawn crowds of over 70,000. This year\u2019s festival will be monumental for the city as it celebrates its 20th anniversary of incorporation. With a population of approximately 113,000, it is the third-largest city in Miami-Dade County. Miami Gardens is a solid professional community of unique diversity.
