Personnel from the\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" title=\"Los Angeles County Fire Department\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Los_Angeles_County_Fire_Department\">Los Angeles County Fire Department<\/a>\u00a0attended the scene, and the fire had been extinguished by 10:30<span class=\"nowrap\">\u00a0<\/span>a.m. None of the nine passengers on board the helicopter survived.
